The location was marvellous and convenient - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We had a bright studio suite with the bathroom.

Clean, spacious rooms with modern amenities and convenient parking make for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for nearby shopping, but be ready to pick up your key from another site.

the room was spacious and with the bathroom, had everything i needed. the hotel has great location not far from the centre of hamilton, a footpath, and the supermarket. it also was in close walking distance to food or shops.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were just terrible.

I was really impressed with the value for the money at this motel. The room was not only spacious and clean, but the staff was also super friendly and helpful, making my stay a pleasant one.
Breakfast offerings could benefit from more variety, like fresh fruit or pastries.

Sparkling clean and tidy. Excellent value for money. Ample power plugs. Convenient undercover parking. Quiet despite main road location. Easy access to shops. Well-presented room with great bathroom and kitchen facilities.
All good.

We loved our stay at the hotel because it was super clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. The room was spacious, with a great kitchenette and cozy decor, made our time there very comfortable. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions and eateries.
Utterly satisfied; we couldn't find any drawbacks.

Staying here was a nightmare! The noise from the stairwell and upstairs guests kept me up all night. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom setup was just awkward-no place to set anything but the floor. Total disappointment!

Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, easy check-in process, friendly staff, great water pressure.
Nothing, all great.

So, I stayed at this place for a little romantic getaway, and I have to say, the location is pretty decent and easy to find. Plus, the bed was huge and comfy, which was a win for us. The cleaners were super polite and kept everything clean and tidy!
But, wow, the experience itself was frustrating. We had to pick up the key from another place, and that was a hassle! The noise from the upstairs guests was unbearable, and we barely got any sleep. The bathroom design was a flop, with water flooding everywhere. definitely not cool for a relaxing escape.

The location is fantastic and the room was spotless and comfortable, but there were a few hiccups. The shower design could be improved, and the noise from neighbors was disruptive. Picking up the key from a different spot was confusing, and the staff could be friendlier. a decent experience.
